1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Harris Digital Marketing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

Harris Digital Marketing provides copy grading tools, AI-powered improvement suggestions, educational content, and an affiliate referral program. Free tools are available without payment. Premium features require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and maintain the security of your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person.

4. Payment and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $9/month through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

Premium features use AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate copy suggestions. AI output is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking any AI-generated content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or effectiveness of AI suggestions.

6. Affiliate Program

All members can participate in the affiliate program. You earn 30% recurring commission for referred members who maintain an active Premium subscription. Commissions are calculated monthly. Self-referrals are not permitted. We reserve the right to withhold commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Minimum payout threshold and payment method details will be communicated separately.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use Harris Digital Marketing to generate spam, misleading content, content that violates laws, or content that infringes on others' rights. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

You own the content you input and the grading results you generate. We own the Harris Digital Marketing platform, tools, scoring algorithms, and lesson content. The AI suggestions are generated for your use but are not guaranteed to be unique.

9. Limitation of Liability

Harris Digital Marketing is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
